Called birthing centre. I'm to wait until they're 3 in 10 mins for an hour. Paracetamol & hot bath if I want to take the edge off. Sticking with camomile tea! X

I always wake up at 4.30 for some strange reason then cant get back to sleep so i catch up with pf and fb, what would we do without them lol!
