Feminax are great for the cramps, if AF gets really bad, go to the dr and see if they will give tranexamic (think thats how its spelt) acid, it helped me when I had 17 days of heavy bleeding.

Everyone does seem to be having really crappy time this month. Must be something in the air.

Just remember first day is always the worst and then it does ease off xxx
