***August Testing Thread - 8 BFPs!!***

Did another test today with fmu and it's a fainter line than it was.. I did drink a lot before bed but now I'm doubting the first test

It can take two to three days for hcg to double so at this early stage, duted urine can definitely affect the lines. Xx

Thought I was really pregnant... they say u r more fertile after a miscarriage but hey I didn't get pregnant after my mc... and we bd every single day...

*hugs* I felt very pregnant for a while after my mc in the 2ww.. all symptoms went away a few days before af though! also dtd pretty much everyday lol.. we're not doing that this cycle though think it was a little too much! good luck for next cycle xx

Thanks everyone. I am so glad I have thos plave to vent. I joined slimming world last week not that I am over weight but wamted to loose a few pounds to get back in to my size 10s. Its given me another focus even if it is only temporary. My work colleage had her baby yest at only 29 weeks. He is doing well. Only 35cm but hes a fighter !

Well today's cycle day 34 was due af Sunday just think she's been late and annoying has had cramps all weekend so had to wear a pad and check a million times while at work, my stomachs really swollen I've got a few small spots on my kneck/under chin which Is all af signs it's day 4 of af style cramps so justa waiting game for her to show and I guarantee she's evil this month as I only had a 12 hour bleed last month so she will more than likely make up for it, dtd hasn't poked her out yet either... come on witch get it over with already �� Hope your all well xx

It's so frustrating when you know it's coming. I always find I really don't get any symptoms on the run up. Bleeding first then cramping and general misery. It's like my body wants me to keep me hoping til the last possible moment!!

Am the same. I get no cramps only thing i get is a bit more emotional. I had a feel for my cervix and its def open amd ready for af...my cm is looking a tiny bit tinged brown and alreasy know what that means.

I know how you feel alexis, so heartbreaking each month, when she arrives this month unless she decides to skip it seen as is august on Friday me and oh are taking a break from it till after new year cos weve had this for 18 months now and we emotionally need a break from it xx

Yeah we are only at 8 months trying and I feel it's toll. DH isn't up nor down. He keeps saying 'it will happen soon' but I have lost all faith now. I went from charting everything to nothing but hasnt helped really. Every time the witch shoes up am in floods of tears.

Had to hold them back tonight as had my 1st weigh in ay slimming world and loat 6lb of the 19lbs I wamt to loose so I feel my best.

You think? They are my usual af symptoms had them almost a week now which is usually my first tell tale sign she's guna come, my boobs hurt last weekend but don't any more? Got a few spots on my chin under my kneck, lower back ache and period cramps and my stomachs swollen but again they are usual af signs for me! Wow that's half a stone lost almost, I hope this worry isn't going to make you ill my lovely why don't you just have a month off if af comes this month forget about it all for a month and then try again you need to have something else to focus on, I know that's why me and oh are putting it on hold if she shows for us big hugs xx

I think men deal with it differently in there outside. I've really encouraged my OH to open up more about what he feeling as I went through a period where I was so hysterical that I was worried that his feelings were going to get forgotten. It's definitely made us stronger as a couple. The more we talked, it became clear that it was affecting I'm more than he would have let me believe and it's been good for me to feel like I can support him the way he has for me. I always say men get a raw deal in this sometimes.
