***August Testing Thread - 8 BFPs!!***

No AF and still BFN so I just wish she would get on with it now. CD29 which I have never gone past so hopefully today or overnight tonight.

How is everyone feeling this morning?

Took a test this morning at 8dpo so obviously it was a bfn but it was nice to get the urge out of my system haha.

I've got super sensitive nips still, but the twinges have stopped so I've no idea what's happening

My sore throat has turned to the cold so not feeling great. Cramps less so this morning so far - we're pretty bad all day yesterday! I do think af is on her merry way but fx she's not!
Babyscorcher - my periods have always been 26-28 days but last month was randomly 36 no idea why! Our body's really play up when ttc

Right, been to gp. She was lovely. Told me not to take any more tests as it's pointless as could show + or - and mean nothing. She's referring me to EPU for further tests to check hormones, thyroid, progesterone levels etc.

Told me that if this is a loss, let my body have a month to recover. She was quite upbeat due to the ease with which we conceive so I'm feeling more positive about everything.

Will hear from EPU today or tomorrow but won't see them until two weeks time as it's too early still.

So AF is due today but no sign as of yet. I had my name down for testing today so here is a picture for some linespotters lol I'm not holding out much hope for this month unfortunately. My OH and I have been ntnp for quite a while now so considering a trip to the doctor tomorrow to get the ball rolling for tests and hopefully our BFP. Congrats to all the BFPs so far and good luck to everyone else who is waiting to test. 😊

Wow, so far I have managed not to buy any tests until the 28th or 27th... in 4/5 days I can test if AF doesn't show. In the meanwhile I'm trying not to think of it.

That's a shame Millie. Fingers crossed for next cycle. You know your body can do it now but at least you have the frozen IVF cycle if you still need it.

My AF has still not showed up. Now officially my longest ever cycle. It sucks to be in this limbo patch. Be glad when the witch shows her ugly face.

I can see what she means about the tests, its odd that you haven't had a proper bleed if it was to be a loss. Hopefully they will scan you and find a surprise bean hiding! It is a nightmare with chemicals as you never know whether your coming or going unless you have a proper bleed.
Gosh this month was a normal period for once, no clots dropping out or gushes just a standard long old period!

I completely agree. I am on CD30 which is the longest cycle ever for me and I don't even feel like it is imminent. Still had some nausea and sore boobs but took a test yesterday and bfn so just waiting for it to happen now.

Sound like me last month babyscortcher. Period always 26-29 days mostly 28 but last Month randomly 36 days. No idea why. Turns out we totally missed ov window last month as we stopped bd cd15 as I was so regular before so. Asically was a wasted cycle. Anyway this month we've kept having sex until cd20 so im hoping we're covered. Tested Tuesday morning bfn

Weirdest thing this month - Tuesday wed this week horrendous cramps like af was going to start and nothing! Could that have been implantation pain or ovulation pain but on cd 21/22 probably too late for ovulation! I'm confused

I'm due af around 31st. I am already feeling emotional and cranky with left ovary pains...af may turn up early last cycle it was 5 days late ...teasing me. Good luck anyone still in for Aug.
