Are you buying a cot or cotbed?

I'm buying a cotbed as I've been using one for Jacob and they are brilliant as they turn into a toddler bed, just wondering what cot or cotbed is everyone getting?

I'm getting this one Jamestown cotbed from Mothercare

i bought a second hand cot of ebay but my nursery had a little single bed in it anyway so he can move onto that when the time comes x

I would have bought a cotbed BUT my sister has bought us a cot so I'm not complaining x cotbeds might be more practical but when the cot is free it doesn't make a difference x lol

Cotbed, I did get given a cot but it dosent look very sturdy plus the bit on the side dont slide down properly you have to proper bang the cot to get the side down ( not very practical) x

I went into Mothercare and put my DS Jacob who is 16 months old in the ones assembled just to check they were capable of a toddler jumping up and down in them, the sales people saw my point though and the Jamestown was very sturdy

were getting Oliver a moses basket for living room for daytime naps and a cot for bedroom which hopefully will last him cant wait!

We're getting a cot as we're hoping that by the time baby is ready for a bed we'll need the cot again for baby #2

I still have Odhrán in a moses type thing.. It's really weird and he still has lots of room in it, I will try and get a pic of it.. I'm not getting him a cotbed until he looks a bit too big for this one xx
