I take it you sold your house then? I'm not surprised as it was georgeously decorated and anyone would be able to just move straight in without having to do anything. Always a bonus!!
We still don't know what to do. We hate the house we are in, but that is because we are renting privately and the letting agents are horrible. They are always on at us for something, and we have never once been even a day late with the rent. We can't afford to buy
, so it's either move into another privately rented house, hope the council/housing associations come through, or maybe even negotiate a deal with the owners of the house to buy it. It does need work doing to it before they could put it on the market, and if we could pull their asking price down, we could get a mortgage and then do the jobs as we go along. Decisions, decisions.
