****** April Mummies!!!! ******

Might be joining you Blanco. I want to test them both out but the reviews on the affinity are fantastic, what colour are you going for xx

Ordered the black il let you know what it's like in real life ! X

I went to mothercare this morning and saw it in blue omg it's amazing!! The quality is fantastic and I sat my 3yr old in it for a test drive it was easy to push and he had loads of room too. I'm really pleased I decided to gofor this :) xx

I haven't had a test yet as can only order online they didn't have a display one.... So glad there was loads of room as that's one thing I noticed with others such as icandy toddlers looked too big for then x

Evening ladies. Spent the day being totally lazy, even eaten all my advent calendar ha!
The weather sounds crappy for you Lynne! Does your school close much due to snow?
How's the weather with everyone else? We've had winds but it's died down now. The MIL is refusing to be evacuated!

Got awful sciatica am almost in tears there had been no let up today.... I always said I would avoid all whole pregnant including paracetamol but I may have to give in!

Evening all
Blanco I hope you feel better.
Danielle we have had winters were the schools have been closed for 2 and 3 days a time. Cos I work with kids in the special needs sector, they are all transported in so they are the first to be told to stay at home. we've had days were we've been snowed in school over night!

The snow is beginning to flicker here!
Xx

Hope all you girls up there in Scotland are alright after this hanging weather!

Baby has been going mad the last couple of days, loads of big kicks. Wednesday night I pulled my top up and Ian could see the kicks on the outside <3 and then this morning they've been booting away and I can see it through my dress. Being pregnant is amazing.

Oooh Ams I'm jealous, I can't wait for proper kicks! :D

I'm off until Tuesday and I fully intend to rest up. Feel like a right moaning minnie but sometimes it's easier talking to you ladies rather than family or 'real life' friends. OH has had the day off to help his sister move from London to back up North, firstly they had a van booked but she said to cancel it as there wasn't much stuff. He left this morning at 7am so he'd be back tonight, anyway long story short, it won't fit in the car so they've had to go buy roof racks and a roof box and are still in London. He doesn't reckon he'll get back to his mum's until 9pm so it makes more sense to stay than drive absolutely shattered. I know it's selfish but I feel really upset, I'm back at hospital Monday and even though they've said baby is fine I still feel really anxious and scared, I just want him here and not to be alone.
It's not his fault and it's not his sister's, just one of those things. I think I'm just being super needy! Rant over. X

Evening all
Danielle I hope you enjoy your nite, that's rotten that hubby is stuck away.
Well we just have some flickers of snow but I suspect there is more to come as its hovering about zero degrees rite now!

Tonight im putting clean bedding on the bed, having a bath and going to bed with my kindle! Hubby is going out to watch football so il have a nice quiet house which im going to enjoy for as long as possible!
X

Aww Danielle hope you can try and enjoy your night Xx

Oooo Lynne that sounds like heaven!!

If had a rough day been getting Braxton hicks and my tummy is aching off, doesn't help that the baby loves to sprawl all over my bladder and kick my cervix :( had to ring hospital before as I thought I was in Labour :0. She said it all sounds normal but if it gets worse or painful to go straight up but she didn't sound concerned...... Not normal for me though! Got my scan Monday and then my consultant appointment so I'll see what he says. How is everybody else?? Xxx

Oo Ams how exciting about the movement! My baby is wriggling more often but still not strong enough for hubby to feel or for it to be seen.

Aw Danielle that sucks that your hubby is having to stay away. I'm more needy at the mo too- simon works shifts and I HATE it when he's on nights!! Some days we don't speak at all as he leaves while I'm at work and gets back when I'm in bed.

Enjoy your quiet night Lynne :-) we've just been to see 'gravity' which was fab. Chilled out now in front of the tv. Going to Surrey tomorrow morning to do the Xmas visit to my mums side of the family.

Aw no Leanne that sucks about the Braxton hicks. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about- very annoying though!!

Hope everyone else is ok xxx

Hope you're ok 3lm xx

I had my scan yesterday and we're another team pink. I'm so used to my little boy, I'm in a bit of shock that its a wee girl. She's quite active at the mo and been feeling hiccups for the past week or so. My placenta is lying a wee bit low so I'm booked in for another scan at 34 weeks. It's not fully covering the cervix though so I'm sure it will have shifted out of the way by then.

I had OC (obstetric cholestasis) with my first pregnancy so keep wondering if I will get it again. My feet were itchy the other night in bed but just putting it down to me being too warm as not happened since. Will keep an eye and hope I'm the small percentage that doesn't get it again.

Anyway hope everyone is doing ok. I do check in on you lot regularly, I really should post more xx

Still quite uncomfortable :( trying not to move. Not sure if trapped wind is playing a part of it too xxx

Ladies I think iv just felt the baby kick properly for the first time! It was pretty low down in the middle.
Xx

Ooo how exciting Lynne!!!!
Simon thnks he felt baby Evans kick last night!! They were kicking and moving quite a bit when I was lying in bed, and he's pretty sure he felt it :-)

Makes it more real doesn't it? It's like 'omg, there's actually a baby in there!!' Xxx

I didn't know what it was at first I just thought wind but it happened 5/6 times so there was no denying it! X
