Im off to Manchester with the OH today for a meal, stay over and to watch Wicked tonight soooooo excited

Ah i love wicked!!! Seen it twice, and watching it again in march - hope baby doesn't come too early!!!

On the subject of buying things, i got a travel cot yesterday. Also seen a pram i like and thinking of getting that with next months pay. Like a few of you have said, much better to spread out the cost. Xxx

Aww that's lovely! Poor Jim is just sick of hearing me saying 'Oh come and look at this, do you like this, what do you think???' haha!

I'm going to buy myself a nice notepad from tesco and start a baby preparation book! Any excuse to write some lists! Xx

I've got a spreadsheet going at the moment with what we need to buy for baby (and me for labour/after etc) I think Ian was a bit freaked out when he saw it all and how much it was going to be so have decided things like nappies, wipes, pads etc i'll just start picking up with the weekly shop to spread that out and big things we'll spread out to manage the cost.

Bet theres still loads of things I've forgotten, can see the list getting longer before things start getting ticked off!

Its been good actually, first after MC in May so naturally a bag of nerves but been fine so far (except sickness, sore boobies & the dreaded bloat!!) but just so happy to be feeling pregnant!!

Thanks for including me - its lovely to have so many people going through a similar time - cant believe the amount of April babies on here!

Ooooh a spreadsheet - I love that idea!! Yeah I think I'll be doing the same with wipes etc and when I see them on offer I will buy a few packs!

Well my scan was good and bad. Baby is growing well and measuring perfect for 13+1 bad thing is the nt was 3.8 so I had to have the screening I'm also being sent for extra scans at the Liverpool women's hospital to check babies heart. I feel exhausted I've been upset and then thinking positive but it's a lot to take in I just hope my numbers are low x

Have any of you been getting stabbing pains by your pubic bone? I've been getting them n and off for the last 5 hours. Also got a light cramp on my lower left side... When will the stressing stop???!!! Xxx

Well glad baby is growing hun... With the NT hopefully it's nothing to worry about. Try not to stress about it at this point hun. Positive thinking, I'm sure all is fine xxx

Glad all is going well for you hun! I had a mc earlier this year too so know what you mean about the nerves. Through the first tri now though

Ha yep there's a fair few April mummies. Everyone is great and a massive support - don't know what I'd do without this site!! Would probably have gone crazy by now! Xxx

Well ladies I was so gutted tonight when I went on the M&P website and saw my pram had doubled in price in the space of half an hour so emailed mamas and papas and am just off the phone from them and they've processed my order at the sale price so pleased and very impressed with M&P! X
