Oh oh oh ladies my pram has arrived!!! Omg I love it so glad I choose this it's Sooo much nicer than the icandy. I've had it out and a little play now its back in the box off to my aunties

Gilly good on u hun. Our spare room needs plastering so im trying to pin down a plasterer for Jan so my decorating and carpet can be fitted in February for the furniture coming on 1st March!

Iv been thinking of how bad it could be and strangely thinking about how I am going to go to the toilet afterwards! !!!

If you have stitches midwives advise of the best ways to use the loo like running a little water in the bath so it doesn't sting or popping a wet flannel underneath to do the same, I was advised to massage my perineum with a lotion which I did and I've never had stitches had a few minor tears but nothing major plus I know doctors can give you medication to help with bowel movementsxx

Everyday haha!
I wish I was brave enough for a natural birth but I know I'll be having whatever pain relief is available!

Leanne - did you use any particular type of lotion? I'm more scared about tears/stitches than I am about the pain.

No hun just a good one, at the mo I'm trying the one I bought for my stretch marks lol as it has elastin in it. I generally do it for about 5-10 min every night before I pop into the shower xx

I didn't even know about perineum cream!! Thank god for Leanne! Haha.
I'm sure my OH is going to wet himself at the notion of the lotion!! Pregnancy is soooooo glamorous. Xx

My Labours are that fast I forget lol but one thing I will say is no matter what you go with your body and what it's telling you I don't care if it's your 1st or 10th your body knows best. When I was in labour with my first the midwife said to my oh go home have a shower (my gran was with me) she will be hours yet, this was at 7pm at 7:10 I said I needed to push she said it was pressure and didn't need to at 7:25 my gran asked what was wrong told her I was trying not to push midwife started to laugh and said we have a ling way before that happens at 7:30 ish I screamed I couldn't take it no more I need to push she come to look at me and was gobsmacked she said I can see babies head! My daughter was born at 8: 05pm and my oh missed it. So always go with your body as no matter how long they have been a midwife ba woman's body is always right xxx

Yeh il second that Danielle- il be grabbing your number leanne cos im bricking it. Im terrified of my contractions starting and not knowing exactly what to do. Funnily enough im not frightened of the bit of bringing the little one home.

So excited! Got our 4d scan today! Its a 15 minutes appointment at 11am then hubby and I are going for lunch!!

Not up to a lot today, house is all sorted and OH is at work so I'm just going to relax, promised myself I wouldn't start school stuff until Monday so I'm going to watch films and chill out. X
