No i didn't temp just used CB OPK's. Had loads of flashing smileys this cycle. Who knows i suppose ill just have to wait another week.
Its really making me self conscious though Makeup makes it look drier and no makeup just also looks awful! (sorry don't mean to sound vain) xx

Don't apologise its awful when you don't feel good with your skin. I had terrible acne as a teenager and it came back with a vengeance when I stopped taking the pill last year. I recently started my skincare routine with Mario Badescu products. They are really lovely! If you're in the UK you can buy them on Beauty Bay. I previously used Dermalogica which was also excellent but very expensive, Mario range is still a little pricey but no where near demalogica. Maybe use a nice night cream to work while you sleep? And exfoliate a little more if its dry x

Don't apologise its awful when you don't feel good with your skin. I had terrible acne as a teenager and it came back with a vengeance when I stopped taking the pill last year. I recently started my skincare routine with Mario Badescu products. They are really lovely! If you're in the UK you can buy them on Beauty Bay. I actually have a really good skincare routine believe it or not (you wouldn't think it by looking at my face) i use Kiehls, and have done for a while now - normally leaves my face so glowy and healthy and never have these raised red blotches of dry skin.
I did actually exfoliate yesterday evening but it made it look alot worse redness wise.
I have booked a doctors appointment but that isn't until the 11th April (ffs) xx

Ooh I've never used Kiehls but always liked the look of it. It could be a symptom or an environmental trigger, the doctor may be able to prescribe you something topical to help it. I remember when I had very bad acne I had a cream called Diprobase which I believe you can buy over the counter, it was fab. Just see how you go, it might improve! And it's never as bad as you think it is, trust me, once your face is made up nobody will even notice x

Arr thank you Natalie, you made me feel a little better. Just hoping i can get something from the doctor or just even be told what it is.
I will stick to my skincare routine until my appointment and hope for it to get better.

Have you tried those little plasters you stick on that suck all the crap out. I'm not sure if they would work if the spots don't come to a head but I've been finding them so helpful. Along with aztec secret clay. I woke up with 3 massive spots on my chin and jaw this morning so I'm going to be using the plasters tonight. I'm hoping that a bit of a weak immune system is a good sign for you right now.

Hey ladies hope your all well I might be joining you if that's ok, tomorrow my little girl will be 11 months old and I would love another one although my boyfriend wouldn't want one just yet as teething is grim! So we had unprotected sex last week and again this Tuesday which was cycle day 19 i have an app so I can track my periods and it says I have an average of a 37 day cycle it's never been bang on since I had Willow, it's been as short as 30 days and as long as 45 days , I thought we would be ok been cycle day 19 but yesterday and today I have had all cramps and pinching down my left side, I cant go on ewcm as I seem to get that alot throughout my cycles hope I've not bored you lol and well done if you made it to the end xx

Hey ladies dont think ill be testing when i thought i would be not had one postive opk!! And now got spotting witch im gussing is af coming like 9 days early!?so confused,but hopfully will be testing someday in april!!
