EPA - 180mg
DHA - 120mg

What does that even mean hahaha x

I know its the EPA, DHA thats important but thats all - :/ lol. I only take 1 . lots of cm in 2ww. I think its best to not over do-it. and i only give him a pill of omega 3 when he hasnt had it in any other food form, same for me.

I wouldnt take EPO at the same time, i think *not sure* that it conteracts with 3 somehow & if youve not found EPO useful so far whats the point?

I understand @Rainbow1234 im currently 9DPO and I can’t wait to test already. I’ve had mild cramps on and off for a few days now but only little ones but I’m hopeful of implantation... I think that’s why I want to test. I’ve told myself I won’t test until Saturday which will be 13DPO because I’m going out for my bday meal with family and I won’t drink if it’s positive...

From a quick google I found this... please don’t be down and upset. Lots can still be done but it just may take you longer...

A healthy or normal sperm morphology value can range from 4 to 14 percent normal sperm. Although this may not sound like a lot, fertility success is considered to be good when sperm is in this range. A sperm percentage lower than 4 means it will take longer than normal for pregnancy to be achieved.

Just because sperm may be abnormal does not mean the genetic material it carries is damaged or nonviable. In fact, it is usually healthy. Overall, physicians and researchers have recently found that the role of sperm morphology in fertility is not as significant as once believed. According to a 2017 study appearing in the Asian Journal of Andrology, men with 0 percent normally formed sperm had near normal fertility rates, which indicates there are other significant factors besides sperm morphology when it comes to whether a man is fertile.

Some more supplements like coq10. I’m really angry that the gp just hasn’t bothered his arse. In my opinion he lied.
I honestly feel like this is us screwed now. And the gp obvisouly doesn’t give a crap. Can’t get referred till June as I have to wait at least a year even though i’m 39. And even then he said they might make me wait 2 years.
There’s private but we don’t have the money. I’m trying not to cry as my

Sometimes it can be of benefit to look up your local ivf clinic and just shoot a couple of questions. They will try & encourage a 1-1 etc but just attempt for some better clarity.

Really sorry to jump in. I just wanted to say that with our first we were trying over 2 years when we found out my husbands morphology was 2%. He started taking selenium capsules and 3 months later his morphology was 7% and a further 3 months later 11%.

He started selenium when we started trying for number 2 and I am currently pregnant with twins. For us it was our miracle drug.

Convinced I ovulated today! Cd15. Had ewcm the past few days and been having a lot of twinges today. I only have one ovary so I know it’s the right side! !

Thank you. We are feeling lost. We just don’t have the money for private. We are going to assess our finances and do some juggling and have a talk about it. Well that’s what I’ve decided. I’ll speak to my oh when he’s had time to process things. I’ve told him I was going to research supplements. X
