Youll feel better after a proper night sleep hopefully. At least its the weekend so no early starts. Im glad your sickness has eased. My mum here for 2 weeks. Im not telling her till after scan so been having becks blue as she is used to seeing me with a glass of wine in the evenings occasionally! She is tea total so hopefully wont twig! I feel ok, just a bit tired and sorer boobs today....could be worse x

I've told my mum as I needed to tell someone and we are going to tell my OH parents tomorrow and then that's it until after the scan. So anxious with this one though.

I hope it goes ok. Theyll be over the moon no doubt. Im anxious about telling people as im 42 and hav a 12 and 10 year old so think they will judge....not overtly but reckon they might!

Oh definitely I just don't want to be having to them it's all gone wrong in a few weeks.
People shouldn't judge but you can bet someone will make a silly comment x

I had considered telling parents but my DS just won't keep his mouth shut if he even gets a whiff in info! And he's only two! Out plan is to take DS to 12 week scan and then go visit grandparents with DS in a Big Brother t-shirt and see if anyone twigs I might have to tell work, it will all depend on how the nausea and sickness goes

I think my mum will twig as she's too sharp but my dad wouldn't realise til someone points it out, he's a bit slow lol

The hospital I work at has a no child policy for 12 weeks scans incase of bad news so might be worth checking that out.
I'm under a different hospital this time. We will tell my daughter after the 12 week scan

Not sure i get that. Do you mean they dont routinely offer 12 week scans? Sorry in a bit slow today!

Oh, I didn't realise that Would be really good to take him along just to get a reaction. I don't think he would realise what was going on until we told him anyway. But I'll be sure to find out my local hospitals policy! Thanks for the advice hun

Just worth a check just incase. Also check about paying for scan photos too as I had to pay for my daughter's. I wouldn't want you to get there and OH has to wait outside with the little one. I think slot of it is as Well because they need to get the measurements and check everything etc x

I remember having to pay for DS's scan photos and I remember my 12wk scan literally being "look there's the heartbeat, that's the head, this is an arm, there's a leg and that's the tummy. Let's measure the length. Ok you're due on the 9th" and that was it really other than cooing over the photo!

Yeah they just don't have the time and it's sad. I spent more time in the waiting room then the exam room.
This feel a like the slowest week ever x

Working tonight , out for a meal tomorrow, family visit Sunday and work Sunday night. Busy busy here but on a plus side I can pinch a test x

I might have tested a few more times lol my OH will kill me if he finds out. I remember he got really frustrated during pregnancy with DS as I must have done at least one test a day until our 12 wk scan!

Haha I can't justify the cost of it at all. I still have a digi left but waiting a few weeks.
