I bet you cant wait,will you get a photo? I think we might book one for first weekend in sept when I'll be 7 weeks if its still half price when hubs gets paid. Bursting to see little bean in there.

Sense of smell is off the charts today and had a few bouts of feeling sick. Nice to know I'm getting symptoms tho hope the sickness stays away x

Im.excited too. Just need to get through tom at work....have a busy one! Then i dont work fridays do can do something nice to distract myself until sat....10.45. I will get 2 x thermal images but can imagine it wont look like anything at all. Ill be happy if i could just hear the heartbeat x

Thanks Melly. It's a tough one as because I didn't know it was there to start with it's really hard to feel sad about it, especially as the other one is doing as expected. But I feel guilty saying that I don't feel sad. It's a strange one! I think I did say something like it would be funny if it were! But I'm just glad that baby is where it should be and that there's a heartbeat

Totally agree as you were fearing the worst. You will hopefully ho on to have a very healthy baby. I get what you mean about its hard to feel sad. Perhaps just focus on your little bean that is doing well and has decided, very conveniently, to stick around! x

Thank for putting up with me over the past 24hrs - I realise I may have been a big ball of depression and anxiety! I realise that I totally forgot to ask if we got to take away an image! I was just happy with the news that all was good

I'm sure the next 2 weeks will fly by! We'll be waiting together Meg, my next one is in 2 weeks on 30th August

Aww sorry about the twin cossie but glad healthy bean is nice and snug. At least you know what cramps are and won't Panic if you see some spotting. My right side is still killing me today and midwife still hasn't rung,if she doesn't ring tomorrow I'm ringing them! Xx

MrsCookie you should definately ring them if your still in pain. You will prob be offered an early scan too. Hope it subsides. Xx

We havent had to "put up" with anything cossie. This is why we are all on this thread....for support. Its an anxious time for all, let alone if you have spotting or cramps x

Meg....not long till your scan.the next fortnight will go quickly and youll hear your little beans heartbear which will be lovely x

Thanks Melly, I've felt like I've been putting loads on you guys the last 24 hours when you lovely ladies have worries of your own without me going on about mine! At least I'm a bit more reassured now and I have another scan to look forward to

Melly your scan will be here so quickly! When is it booked for again? So will yours meg! I can't believe how many early scans our little group is getting! I think yours will be the first with pics though melly!

Ooo exciting! So you'll be having an internal scan then? Can't say I cared for the internal scan, it was... weird! I can't believe how close together they are either!

Yes I presume it will be an internal scan, I don't think they will be able to see anything with an external.

Im looking forward to it as OH (do we say DH or OH?? I'm so not up with the lingo) doesn't believe yet that I'm pregnant!! I think he's not letting himself believe it yet after what happened last time.

Lol me neither! I use OH as we aren't married. Otherwise I would use DH

My OH didn't either! I think he did well up a bit when he saw that baby had a heartbeat and was told that it's approx. 4-5mm crown to rump! But my OH doesn't like to get excited about something until it is physically there in his hands (that goes for anything, not just babies lol)

Thats so like my DH too. Refuses to get excited until after 20 wk scan! I said we can start to get excited after 12 wk scan and screening.....surely! Im not looking forward to internal either....who would? Hopefully its worth it to hear heart beat....roll on saturday! X

I'm here just typing for Greece. Can't say I enjoyed the flight keep needing a wee and lots of heaving throughout the day.
Had a little scare this morning again but it's only when my bowels open.
My scan is September 4th that's when we know if we are viable x

Internal isn't pleasant. I've not had one before but i kinda felt violated lol I hope you do Melly, although it's not guaranteed so try not to get your hopes up too much - it'll be worth it to see baby and see a heartbeat if nothing else!

I found the internal scan much more bearable then the speculum I had. That wasn't nice. X
