Annual Leave After MC

My manager offered me 1 day special leave and says that Id need to take the other day as a half day - but I dont agree with this. HR rep has confirmed it would be noted as sick but not accountable within any HR/formal meeting.

I dunno Kaz, sounds about right now, It cant be used when making any formal decisons regarding my absence, and it cant be used in order for me to reach a trigger and them to take me to HR over it...

So I think basically it just gets noted. Which is fine by me.

As long as they dont hold it against you I am sure they removed my two absences

Hopefully now you can look to starting to TTC once coil is out xx
