Yesterday tightenings started again, on and off all day but not painfull or regular. 1:30 this morning I noticed them every 15-30mins again not too painfull but stronger than during the day. I even got up at 3 as felt so sick but wasn't actually sick. I had a drink of milk and went back to bed, managed to sleep til 5 when I woke with tightenings again so I had something to eat and a shower (needed to wash my hair just in case we needed to go to the hospital) haha! Tightenings still on and off went back to bed just after 8 and up at 10. Not really feeling any tightenings now but my pelvis is sore and achy. I'm tired and feel sickly.
Could this be the start for me and what should I do now? Rest and see what happens or be active and try to progress things along?
