Agnus Castus?

I have just got some of this and took my 1st this am, hoping to regulate and shorten my cycles after coming off the pill.

I just did a little reading about it and read that you should stop ttc for a few months while taking it ...but I don't want to stop ttc... so I was thinking of just taking it from af to ov?

Can anyone recommend what to with it? xx

I am also taking this for the same reasons, I will take mine from day AF starts up till ovulation and then stop until next af arrives x

Hiya!

I've noticed a massive difference! I've been taking them for the last 2 cycles as well as this one and they have sorted my long cycles out to a more 'normal' 30 days!!

I take 2 pills a day - 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening from the first day of my AF for 14 days which is when we're supposed to OV for a normal length cycle.
