Agnus Castus

Wee questions for you girlies. Does Agnus Castus just help shorten cycles or is it good to regulate as well. Before my MC my cycles were regular as clockwork every 28 days. Since however I have had 31, 25, 28, 27 and 26 days.

Any advice please

I've never taken it myself but from what I know it can do both so defo worth a shot

Also know if taken whilst TTC then you need to stop once you've ovulated then continue at the start of next cycle if no pregnancy

When I start TTC & come off the pill I'll defo be taking it

There are a lot of girls on here that's used it & prob have a bit more info
