EPO and Agnus Castus

Since coming off the pill in August my cycles have been really long:

34 days
62 days
60 days

Anyway, I've started to take Agnus Castus to see if that will shorten it as well as EPO to help with CM. I know that that I have to stop taking the EPO when I've ovulated but what about the Agnus Castus?

I started off throughout cycle but then I took 1600mg of Angus castus a day and 2 capsules of epo until day 14 because I couldn't really tell when I was ovulating.

How far in is your current cycle?

AF finished yesterday so I'm on day 7. Just wanted to know if I have to stop taking the Agnus Castus once ovulation happens x

Yes you need to stop taking AC once you know you've ovulated, it's dangerous otherwise incase you conceive. Once you get af again you can start taking it. X
