Advice Needed

I am currently on day 3 of bleeding following a mmc which was medically managed in hospital on saturday and they are confident everything was passed, i have a follow up scan to double check on 17th.
Me and OH have talked and want to try again asap, i have read about couples who have conceived between mc and first period and would love to be that lucky.
I used Clearblue digi opk's to conceive and just wondered on what day (counting today as cd3) should i start testing? Prior to mmc i ov'd around cd20 due to 33 day cycle would it be similar or should i start testing around day 10 maybe incase cycles have changed?
Any experiences welcome or stories of people who have conceived immediately after mc?
P.S. I know i prob wont be that lucky or ov this cycle, just want to have best possible chance.

Hi, firstly so sorry for your loss it's truly heartbreaking to go through. I have had three mc now and have never ovulated the month following the mc. The following month I have been very lucky to fall back in to the same pattern and ovulate on day 21. Maybe test a couple of days early but it can take a while for your cycles to get back to normal so don't worry if it doesn't happen straight away x

Thank u i am not getting my hopes up but just wondered if i ws going to ov would my cycles be similar to before or my they habe changed. Thanks for your condolences its tough, i cant imagine what u have been through tho x

I'm 6 weeks post my first miscarriage, I've just waited for my first AF, And then watched for physical signs that I'm ovulating (which is now!) so hoping I'm also one of the lucky ones to get pregnant first time..

Hey, Sorry for your loss

I'm one of those people who conceives straight after miscarriages. I've had 3 miscarriages, and have 3 kids. 2 of my 3 were conceived within weeks of miscarriages. My youngest is now 9 months, and with her I got the positive pregnancy result 3 weeks after my mmc. I got sent for a scan to check I was actually pregnant again, and not just the hormones not reducing. I got a talking to about not waiting. They say your uterus needs time for the lining to thin before an egg can attach properly. In my case all was fine though. I think it must just be how my body works.

Update......
I decided to use digi opk on 26th just incase (would be cd21which is when i used to ov before mc) but got clear circle (neg), thought i dont want to waste tests as they are expensive so told myself i wasnt going to use opk again until nye.
I dont get ov pain or ewcm so i pretty much rely on my phone app and opk's!
Something made me test this morn and got solid smiley (peak fertility) meaning i should ov in 12-36hrs!
So me and oh bd this morning but looks like that will be our only chance as obviously missed high fertility by not using opk yesterday Dont think we will get chance tomorrow due to differing work shifts.
So asking u all to keep fx that that once will have done it and i am one of the lucky ones to conceive easily following mc!
Sure i wont but can only hope x

Hmm, so i am now about 6dpo and just wiped after going to loo and there was a streak of bright red blood on paper, wiped again but nothing further. This happened around the same time when i got my bfp in october - trying hard not to get hopes up thought!
Also had a bit of diaorrhea last 2 days?

Af not due till around 10th but as its my first af since mc not completely sure.

i was naughty and tested 5 days early.. i don't recommend it cos then its a very long wait for anything else to happen x

With my mc i tested at 10dpo with a cheap test and couldnt see anything. I then waited till i was 3 days late and got positive with a digi!

Yea my miscarriage I didn't get a bfp till I was 3 days late, this time it was 5 days before my period, I'm hoping that's a good sign this one will stick!
