This Just Isn't Happening....

I have had three MCs, two of them in weeks 8 and 10. After both of these it took me 3-4 months just to be ovulating again and it is so frustrating. I am 33 so maybe that's why my body needs more time to recover, but it is hard when your due date passes you by and your friends have their babies around that time, I know that feeling too well.

I really hope 2012 will be the year you both get pregnant and have a baby. :hugs:

Have you been referred to the recurrent miscarriage clinic hun?

Sunbeam, hopefully the heavier af this time means I'm in with a better chance. I'm hoping 2012 will bring good news for us all :)
I was away in Switzerland over the weekend, and whilst there my OH got news from one of his old university mates that his wife had just had a baby girl. My OH was so over the moon for them, and I felt awful as I couldn't be as excited as I wanted, if you know what I mean. Then later on, we were having a drink, and my OH was talking about how the name they have called their daughter is pronounced (it is an Irish name!). For some reason out of the blue I just burst into tears in the middle of the pub!! I had to hide behind my hair & rush off to the toilets.....OH felt so bad about it. It's horrible how when you think you are dealing with it all, just out of the blue something small triggers an overwhelming emotion!!!
On a cheerier note, my fertile window starts in a couple of days time, already started trying again this month!! :)

Anyone, sorry to hear about your mc's :( I have just turned 33 myself, and wondered if age had something to do with the mc I had in oct. But mw told me it is a random event and could happen anyone. Still, difficult not to look for reasons!! Fingers crossed for us all xxxx

Yes, they took blood samples and looked at my uterus and all kinds of fun, but did not find anything. I am, however, taking albyl-e and crinone this pregnancy to see if it helps.

Hi,

I was in the same situation. I suffered a missed miscarriage last year and was beginning my 6th month of trying to conceive and was really frustrated and felt like giving up. I read on a forum, not sure if it was this forum but people recommended a product called Conceive Plus. I thought that it was worth a shot and purchased it from Boots. Conceived with the first attempt. It may have been a coincidence but I think this played a major part. I am still panicking however as I have my 12 week scan tomorrow and I am hoping I have a healthy baby with a heartbeat this time.

Good luck and don't give up.

Brit
