Haha! Was it the same song that he did on the Brit awards!

Spoke to midwife about lesser movement and she said as long as you feel baby move every day it's fine that some days they are quieter and softer than others. 28 onwards is when they form a routine of movement that we are to learn! I had a quiet 3 days and it really worried me so called yesterday! Hope that helps xx

Nooo, I'm not that mean.
It was old school Kanye, a bit of Gold Digger and Hey Mama. Baby was clearly a fan though.x

Old.school kanye is.allowed! Ive started resting my phone on my belly and ringing it. Shocks the baby and has a proper wriggle! #badmumma xxxxx

Hey everyone. Aww sorry to hear so many have been feeling rubbish or in pain. Hope you are all feeling a bit better now.

Great news about the house Toni :-) You must be very excited!

I've had a lovely weekend up North with my family. I live near Cambridge now but am originally from near Manchester so it was lovely to go and spend some proper time with my parents and friends. Have bought our nursery furniture too which is exciting. We were going to wait until after we move house but it was half price in Argos' baby sale so it seemed like too much of a good deal to miss. Have also picked my changing bag and bought a breast pump from my friend who didn't end up using hers so all in all a good weekend. Have gone from having hardly anything to quite a bit :-) xxx

Crawkay that made me laugh!! I'm currently between classic fm (a lot) and the Guardians of the Galaxy soundtrack so I don't know what tastes this little one will come out with!

Toni that's really exciting about your house :) :) Yay!

Rash is still there in odd patches but seems less red today, more just bumpy. I couldn't get through to the docs today but I'd still like an appointment to check even if it does seem to be getting better. Piriton makes me sleeeeeeepy though, blimey... I've also drunk gallons of milk today as the heartburn has just been excruciating!!

Evening everyone. It has been very exciting in the twinkle household because I have felt the baby properly this evening, but so had my other half. I think he got very excited!! It's amazing. Everything I've read says he will be able to feel it at about the same time as me! I started with a few flutters in Friday when out for dinner, but I defo think we've had proper kicks today, which OH has felt :-D it's very exciting!!xx

Im getting my matb1 today. Do i put in my notice for maternity now or wait till after qualifying period? Im so crap with all this stuff xxxx

Morning ladies hope your all well

Claire not sure hun thought it was 25 weeks you have to put it in by so earlier probably doesn't matter

Went to see 50 shades last night with friends it was... Interesting lol

On another note think my belly has popped again I look like ive swallowed a football so I'm told lol x

Has anyone got really dry skin on their face?
I'm not sure if it's pregnancy related or just the winter playing havoc with my skin?
I don't remember it being like this any other year...
Any tips on lovely moisturisers/products to help?x

Kanye West  whatever works! I played a few songs to bump at the weekend and Ellie Goulding 'How long will I love you' was the only one that got a little reaction. It was the song my husband and I walked back down the aisle to so I got all soppy and romantic :)

Crawkay, might be the weather combined with pregnancy hormones. I've also used Nivea moisturiser and never had dry skin on my face so I would recommend that one. It smells lovely too and not too expensive.

Lola, which furniture set did you go for? We were tempted by the Argos sale but I didn't like the idea of buying without seeing it, we've been recently burnt by doing that with Argos. We was tempted by the Argos Mamas and Papas Harrow set:

What does everyone think? It doesn't have any reviews anywhere so I'm not too sure

Hope you're all well xx

*hand up*

OH was pampering me while he was here rubbing moisturiser on my face each day. Now I have to do it myself and it's not the same.

I've just got a basic one, can't remember whose but it works so it'll do.

I can't get the link to load, K, I'll have a look in a bit again. Stoopid work makes my signal all funny sometimes.

Hope you're all well xx

Kwarbee - could you not have a look at it in a M&Ps store first? that is a very good deal and I would say that M&Ps stuff is good quality!

We seem to be missing a few ladies off the front page, but I don't think I've missed anyone's posts?

MrsG and Emapot are both active for sure... Have they posted updates I've missed? Xx

That's exactly what we thought. Mamas and Papas are usually really decent. But Mamas and Papas don't seem to sell that set any more. I can't find it on their website and it wasn't in their store when we visited either. So I'm not sure xx

kwarbee, I purchased the Yale cot-bed before it was discontinued and all their cot-beds and furniture in store seemed pretty sturdy and well made...haven't put ours up yet but was such a good price! I would go for it at that price and any issues If you can send it back you are covered?!

Lacey I don't think they come on this tread, certainly active though as I have commented on Emapot posts before now xx

Thanks girls.
Moisturiser shopping will be taking place tonight.

That set looks lovely Kwarbee, sure anything from Mamas and Papas will be of good quality.

Both Emapot and MrsG are pretty early in July, maybe they got moved forward to June?

Maybe when it comes to tri 3 list just add people that asked to be added? Think that's what the August thread did when starting tri 2.x
