Kwarbee thats really exciting! same day as me and Lacey!! eek 20 weeks! We were under the care of a specialist in Harley Street and he carried out the same scan and checks done on nhs at 15 weeks instead of 20 as everything can be seen developed and in position from them so a few days before 20 weeks will be fine!!

Mine will be at 19 weeks too KWarbee, I'm sure it's fine (on Friday 20th!)

I had MAJOR embarrassment last night. TMI warning: you know all that pesky discharge? I didn't have a panty liner and hadn't realised quite how bad it was, until my headmaster gave me a lift to a school event in his NEW CAR, and when I got out I saw a damp patch on the seat He didn't say anything and I hope (desperately!!) didn't notice as it was in the evening, but I was mortified...

Just off to my 16 week appointment, midwife said she is going to listen to the heartbeat so I'm very excited and nervous!

Same here Claire I emailed bounty and they said to ask at my 20 week scan which is on Monday so I shall ask then and let you know how I get on.
I forgot to ask at my 12 week scan
With my DD I was given the pregnancy info pack at my first appointment not this time though :/ which is a shame

You need the pregnancy info pack from your midwife or hospital it has a leaflet inside I wasn't given one this time I'm going to try at the hospital on Monday

Hope everyone is well in so tired I have my scan on monday can't wait then if Alls well I'm off to get the last of my bits and bobs I need apart from clothing which I can pick up anytime OH is well chuffed to be dragged around mothercare lol
I'm just grateful my mum will look after DD while we're at the scan ect not often I ask as I don't like to put on to people.

Just been lying on the bed feeling baby moving about and had a little 'oh my god, there is a person growing inside me' moment.

It may sound silly but I just can't get my head around it all. I'm having a baby and it'll be mine, agghh!!

Hi claire and bump!! Course you can join! When is your 20 week scan? Lacey is the front page host but has her OH over from states from tomorrow so there may be a short wait whilst he's here to get you updated!!

My baby has changed it's sleep pattern it used to wake in the evenings but now it's awake at lunch time! I'm looking forward to getting past the next milestone...

I keep having that feeling Crawkay! While I'm very aware of my bump now, and more flutters, it's still very much a 'bump' in my mind. When I think that there's an actual tiny human wriggling inside that bump, living in there and hearing sounds and all the rest... I just cannot get my head around it.
