When I had a stomach bug a few weeks ago Laura, I really struggled to keep anything down, liquid included. My midwife said food isn't overly important for a short amount of time if you can't keep it down, because our body uses reserves, but to keep liquids up, try ice lollies/ice cubes, also a straw seemed to help me when trying to drink. Hope you feel better soon!
