5 year old pant wetting

My sisters 5 year old has started wetting herself during the day. Does anyone know how to deal with this? She is at her wits end and has no idea where to go from here.

Hi hun,

No advice but didnt want to read and run. But has she had any problems at school or anything or has anything changed it her routine/life that might have set it off? My exes LO started to bed set at this age because of being scared of school and being around other people etc. x

Thanks for replying. She has just started school, but I think it started before then? I'll check with her. Other than that, no big changes that I can think of x
