im officially starting slimming world 2moro morning im so excited about it i cant wait im so looking forward to seeing those pounds coming off so a week 2moro i will be posting my 1st weight loss wish me luck xxxxxxxxx

LOL! Mine is the same! But I hope this year will be more succesfull! Wanna loose all that weight! And get into my pre-pregnancy skimpy skirts!

I said last year that by the time bam was 1, id be the weight i was when iw as 16 again....



Needles to say im still 5 stone off it hahah i have lost just over 4 stone of it tho... so its not all bad.... I gained about 4 1/2 stone in pregnancy....

Started my diet on the 1st aswell (let ymself go abit over xmas ) and weighed 12stone 6lbs, weighed myself again today and im 12stone 4lbs which im quiet pleased with seeing as i had a rought start to the diet
I'd like to lose another 4lbs atleast before the 31st

could any one share ideas what to have for dinner ?
im gonna go food shopping 2morrow for the week so im not tempted to eat junk food again!

As Carina said, have some source of meat/ fish, Make sure its got no fat, and steam or grill it.


Try to avoid, bread/pasta/potatoes, and instead fill up on veggies (not pots)


Make sure you drink lots of water...


Buy your veggies frozen, less chance of them going off, and they are actually FRESHER than fresh veggies, as they aer frozen at source.

I started to eat more or less healthy since the middle of December (just really no sweets, but I still ate loads of carbs) and I started my diet in the beginning of January, so I dont know when to mark the beginning. But I think I lost most of that weight since the beginning of January.
