I keep forgetting to update you girls!
I joined Scottish Slimmers at the start of the month and got a
. Whoever said you loose weight breastfeeding obviously eats a lot less than me!
Anyway - I lost (wait for it...!) 8.5lbs in my first week as I had a horrible stomach bug and was never off the loo. I don't think I can keep up that kind of weight loss, but it was certainly a nice boost to start with!
Keep up the good work girls! Anyone fancy setting up a recipe swap with low fat meals? I really struggle with inspiration for what to eat. I'm not really following Scottish Slimmers (too complicated especially as I have to add 'checks' while breastfeeding), but the class is in my village so its easy - I'm just trying to follow a low fat diet.
