Aaww you can do it neeko why dont you try replacing the chocolate with nuts, fruit or one of them healthy cereal bar things and replace the crisps with something like snack-a-jacks??
 
cmon neeko hun your doing so well dont get disheartened :hug: we all get like this when trying to lose weight sometimes its harder than others but you can do it
try swapping the chocs for alpen light choc orange bars very low in fat not as tasty as chocs but they have a little drizzle of choc on them so you might feel like you are still getting some and if you really have to have the crisps choose something really low in fat maybe walkers french fries? they are pretty low and try and limit yourself to so many a week

Noooo as much as that might seem the answer, it isnt.


You should never totally cut things out on a diet... unless its lard butties ;) otherwise you will crave that food no end. Just have it in small quantities if you need it.

nothing for me this week as i didnt manage to get to sw to weigh so il have to hope i can behave and get a decent weight loss next week :pray:

I keep forgetting to update you girls!

I joined Scottish Slimmers at the start of the month and got a :shock:. Whoever said you loose weight breastfeeding obviously eats a lot less than me!

Anyway - I lost (wait for it...!) 8.5lbs in my first week as I had a horrible stomach bug and was never off the loo. I don't think I can keep up that kind of weight loss, but it was certainly a nice boost to start with!

Keep up the good work girls! Anyone fancy setting up a recipe swap with low fat meals? I really struggle with inspiration for what to eat. I'm not really following Scottish Slimmers (too complicated especially as I have to add 'checks' while breastfeeding), but the class is in my village so its easy - I'm just trying to follow a low fat diet.

I lost 2lb this week which I'm really pleased with after having Tuesday off and having burger and chips for tea. So thats 18lb total and 6lb this month :D
 
right i'm so confused and need help.

i weigh myself at home and i was 13.4............... the i weigh myself a BOOTS :x

and i'm 13.8 :think:

i don't know which is right? and i'm so pissed off
 
where do you normally weigh hun??? if you normally weigh at home then stick to that scales i weigh 3 pound lighter on my scales than i do at slimming world every week
always weigh on the same scales same time of day wearing same sort of clothing and you will get a more accurate idea of your weight loss xxxxxx

Ive had a really bad couple of weeks as I havnt been shopping and eating processed food :?
 
I haven't weighed myself this month. I've been eating nowt but crap. I'm sure I've put weight on since January.
 
another 1 pound for me please lozzi hun 2 and a half in total xxx

having a terrible month only 2 and a half for me so far and only 1 more weigh in before march not a hope of getting anywhere near my target this month think i need to aim a little lower next month when we set the targets :oops: xxxxxxxxx
 
Haven't been updating as haven't really done any dieting yet this month, back to work & comfort eating - not a good combo!!!
Weighed myself this morning and I've gained 1.5lbs......so back on the diet now :D


Neeko, track your weight loss whereever you usually weigh yourself, you may need to calibrate your scales, so if you have a bag of sugar that weighs 1kg, then put them on your scales, and see if it weighs them at 1kg or +/- than 1kg.....then you will know if your scales are accurate or need adjusting :hug:

Well done for the weightlosses girls, and V well done on joining SS.....8.5lbs.....good boost to the loss but bet the tummy bug wasn't really worth it :hug:
 
I've lost another 2lb :dance: Well the scales are showing I've lost 3lb but the keep changing so I'll stick to 2lb. I'm going to have to get some new ones.
