okay lozzi....im back on track with SW tongit havent been going since crimbo and have out all i lost back on so im back tonight for feb i would like to loose 6lbs i know once im back on track after onight ill lose more than that but dont wana set target too high because then if i dont meet it ill feel bad...
is that okay 6lbs loss for this month - promise to stick to it and update weekly unlike last month
hi lozzi, i lost 2lb this week. and im trying to be really good to save some points for a girly night out on saturday, i hope i can resist the kebab shop on the way home
WooHoo! i lost 3 and a half pounds this week and since i started dieting at the beginning of jan i have gone from size 16 to size 14 Yay for my dvd and jogging lol

Tonight im being good - getting OH fish and chips on way home from work but im stopping at asda first to get myself some noodles and some fresh prawns to whack in the wok (dry no oil) with some sweet chilli sauce - yey go me and my will power!
I have a SERIOUS will power issue - at work we get free lunches of 4 items, its so tempting to get muffins, crisps, chocolates etc but this week the only bad thing I got was my sarnie - crispy bacon strips and mozzerella on Ciabatta, banaba, yoghurt and water, so coupled with the cherios for breakie & chicken / fish, tatties and veg for tea Im hoping ive done well this week!!!
this month i just haven't had the motivation ... i've been doing my exercise at home and power walking it the park but i'm still eating chocolate and crips i've been really naughty with food
