Early start this morning Davina workout done :D

Worked up a sweat for the first time since September and it feels good :)

Half a pound off on weigh in this morning at least I didn't put on eh

Well done on the loss and the workout

I've had a sneaky peek on the scales and its not looking great for me this week!
 
Dont know what i.have lost but i was able to zip up size 12 trousers (ok, they are Next so quite generous and i do.have a muffin top) but couple of weeks ago i wasnt able to. Tempted not to weigh in.tomorrow and just keep up with the exercise for another week. Maybe fortnughtly weigh ins are better?

Booo only 1.5lb off this week!!

Totally get it's a loss and I'm happy about that, was just hoping for a bit more ;-)

Knopk that's really good getting in to the trousers!! I can fit in to a few 'bigger' 12's if you know what I mean lol. But sometimes makes me feel worse because it's my delightful muffin top that I hate the most lol xxx

Trying to stick to diet this week. Had one naughty Chinese but made up for it eating low calorie salads!! And walked 5 miles today xxx
 
A loss is always a loss so well done!

Everyone seems to be doing so well and all I ever do is come on and make excuses lol.

I didn't go out for lunch in the end, but I have been awful today. Feeling slightly hungover after Prosecco and Porn Star Martinis last night.

I am a fan of the fortnightly weigh-in. You normally see more of a loss and there is a little wriggle room (you can have a day "off" and then still have two weeks to get into it)

Well I've got some trainers so been out for a run, which is good as run out of skimmed milk so had to have semi-skimmed on my cereal for supper!

Wigh in tomorrow, gotta feeling nothing will have changed but we shall see, I will be stripping down to my birthday suit and will do it as early as possible in the morning!

Well done all you losers (meant in a very loving way). Getting into the bigger 12's is still a great achievement! My muffin top, or Victoria sponge as I like to call it is my biggest problem too, must do someab work and maybe that will help!

Those of you who have done the 30DS did you finish it and what were the results?xx
 
I didn't I ish 30Ds but I did 15 days and noticed a big difference in my shape x
10 mins into my holidays and I ate a bag of haribo :rotfl:

Think I left my resolve at home :lol:

Weigh in day today and I'm chuffed to say I'm in the 9s (just!). Loss of 1.75lb this week so I'm now 9st 13.25lb. Still relying on diet alone as I CANNOT find the motivation to exercise at all!

I am another one who relies about 90% on diet due to a foot injury.

I've had a week off, so I'm not weighing in until 5th July which gives me two weeks to crack on.

What is your goal weight hun?

Oh no! Well I don't have an injury to use as my excuse, I'm just a lazy cow haha. I walk with Ethan everyday but nothing too strenuous lol.
My goal is 9st and see how I feel then. I'm only 5ft 3 ish so I don't carry weight well at all haha!

I'm 5ft 1in hun and I carry weight terribly!

When I was 8st I was still only a size 10 (well 8-10)

I want to get to 9st 7lbs and see how I feel then - so about 10lbs to go! I am currently a size 14 in jeans, 12 in leggings - but they are elastic lmao!

I know I'll never be 8st again. I can't imagine being in the 8's ever actually but hopefully if I can get my brain in gear I can at least be back in the 9's.

Did you gain a lot when preggers??? (if you don't mind me asking!)

Wow it's so strange how everyone is so different! I'm 5ft3 and 10st13 and all my size 10s fit still. At my lowest weight when I got married I was 9st6 and my dress was size 6/8!!! Strange isn't it!
