Worked up a sweat for the first time since September and it feels good
Half a pound off on weigh in this morning at least I didn't put on eh

Dont know what i.have lost but i was able to zip up size 12 trousers (ok, they are Next so quite generous and i do.have a muffin top) but couple of weeks ago i wasnt able to. Tempted not to weigh in.tomorrow and just keep up with the exercise for another week. Maybe fortnughtly weigh ins are better?

I am another one who relies about 90% on diet due to a foot injury.
I've had a week off, so I'm not weighing in until 5th July which gives me two weeks to crack on.
What is your goal weight hun?
