What is the best thing you have bought for your new babies that you can't live without... the best item you've bought and would recomend?

When us pregnant mums start buying our baby equipment it would be a great help to know what is a waste of money and what is a god send.

Muslin cloths/burping cloths - invaluable!!

Hey Kim,

Hope being a mummy is treating you well, your little 'un is gorgeous.
Just wondering how many muslin cloths you recommend, I bought a pack of 6 from Mothercare & have been wondering if I should get some more, I guess it depends on how much bubs throws up tho?!

I have about 7 or 8 and haven't washed them all yet, I usually use maybe one per day. Depending how often you wash you will only need as many as you have. Thanks by the way I think she's gotgeous too!!
