Wild yam ? anyone tried herbs etc??

I was just suggested trying Angus casctus to get stable cycles but I also read Wild Yam is supposed to be really good when ttc..

Do anyone know a little about wild yam or angus castuc ? I suspect I might be lacking progesterone but not sure yet.

Not too sure hun? Im sure I read on another forum somewhere that you can get a progesterone cream? I have also read tho, that too much progesterone (as well as too little) can cause fertility problems, so may be best talking to your doc?

Some people swear by it! Wont fo any harm
