I should have had my coil out ages ago and due to waiting for an appointment its still in me. I have been checking my ovulation so I know where I am on my cycle cos I've not had a proper period in over 5years!! I'm ovulating now and should be getting down to some serious but now I just have to do it for the fun lol see that cheered me up a bit !! Oh well hopefully next month or month after.....

It must be so frustrating...

Although - they'll have to open your cervix up to get it out, right?

That should make it much easier fot he spermies to get inside for a couple of cycles afterwards
