I actually think I'm going crazy.. Half term isn't helping as I'm off work with too much time to think!!!

I have felt pregnant for the last 3 weeks.. First signs gassy ... backache... Then at ovulation had sharp pinching pains.. Since ovulation the worst dizziness .. Exhaustion .. Vivid dreams.. Feel like my nose will burst any minute.. Gone off stuff.. Hormone taste.. Insomnia .. Dry skin over my hands ,, then within the last week I've had spotting,, brown . Pink red but only on wiping and mainly after a poo!!!!! Oh and my cervix is so high it's almost disappeared!!! And at night can feel my stomach literally moving around inside with tightnings!!!!!!!Due on sat/sun but tests still saying NEG...

I am new to the forum I don't really know where I should of posted first, but I decided here as I am currently in my 2WW.



To tell you a little bit about myself. I came off the contraceptive pill November 2015 after 10 years! In December I had my first natural AF which lasted 3 days and counted as a 35 days cycle after first coming off the pill. In January I started to take 'Trying for a Baby' Seven Seas Folic Acid tablets. I calculated my ovulation day based on a 35 day cycle (I knew that it could change as I'd just come off the pill but I wanted to start trying asap), after my ovulating day I had cramping, nausea and some lower back pain but nothing extreme. I then had AF a day early (so 34 day cycle). However AF this time was only 24 hours/48 hours if you count some small brown bleeding. This time it was rich red and only one tampon needed.

I then went on to calculate my ovulation day based on a 34 day cycle and looked out for the signs of ovulation, as the previous month I felt them. I was due to ovulate on Monday the 15th however felt the signs of ovulation on Saturday the 13th. Myself and my husband and DTD every 2 to 3 days to try and cover all basis.



I couldn't get my January AF out of my mind so today I done a test and got a very clear BFN.



Now I am waiting on the 29th to see if AF appears.



I hope I have went on too much. I am really excited to be part of this forum and feel great that I can share my symptoms etc and this horrible 2WW with all you lovely ladies

Welcome Good luck Hun! I hope you get a nice BFP!

It can take a while for your body to get back to normal after you come of contraception. After a few months you should know hat your average cycle length is. Hopefully you won't need to though lol

Download a TTC app on your phone r write your dates in a calendar that will help you figure things out. Good luck! Xx

I couldn't get any frer they was out of stock so did a tesco test and was a bfn. When oh finishes work I'll have the car so will go to a different shop. I've spent a fortune this month on tests but feeling so desperate to see a bfp xxx

Don't worry about the bfn tesco tests aren't as sensitive. I know what u mean I have too! That's another reason why I've stopped testing. Good luck!! Xx

Not feeling confident anymore I usually have a clear bfp by 9dpo so nothing at 10dpo makes me lose hope xxx

Slb I'm sorry to hear you had anxiety /deppression as a teen, it's so hard isn't it, I think I am feeling a bit better today

So I wasn't going to test. But my ovulation test came this morning so I decided to do one. It's almost positive but not quite. I know it may be picking up any left over hcg in my system but would you guys DTD this weekend just in case?

Clover I think if I had loads of hcg in my system the ovulation test would be stronger xx

Hmm.. Just thought that was with fmu. Maybe I should test again later in case I am ovulating. I know your not meant to use fmu with these xx

Just got another squinter on a frer.. can't get a pic of it in this house :/ once the sun goes down line spotting is out. I will test again tomorrow afternoon and hopefully it's darker and I can get one. I feel so nervous this time xxx

Opks can still be negative when pregnant sweetie, I did a lot of googling on this subject last cycle lol
when did you last do a pregnancy test?

I tried but nothing shows at all even when I edit it. It's barely there but was easy to see with the naked eye. Just hope it's real and gets darker. This cycle has been tough. Yeah 10dpo going by my opk it's been a long cycle. Xxx

Thanks everyone. I will DTD just Incase. And I will find out my results on Monday. Last month my opks were like the above for about 2 days before I got positives. So I don't know what to think lol

It's way to early to be ovulating but I guess if I am going to ovulate soon by body could still be messed up after last months chemical (if that's what it was).

Il keep using the opks and BDing until I know. Though it's off the cards on Sunday and Monday because my partner has to take a sperm sample in and we've been told not to BD 48 hours before xx

Does anyone know if a half positive opk classes as positive or negative??

I'm not sure if you can see on the pic but half of the test line is darker?

It's not going to matter that much as I will DTD anyway but I'm curious. I've never had this happen before.

I'd say that's negative hun but your close. I'd say tomorrow's will be positive or Sunday at the latest. Dtd as much as you can over the next few days. Maybe delay handing the sperm sample in by a few days so you get a chance this cycle xxx

Thanks. It just confused me as half of the test line is the same colour but the other half isn't.

I can't change it as I've had to book an appointment to take it in. Plus it's the only day I can get up to the hospital. I live about 35 mins away.

I'm only on CD 6. So I wasn't expecting it yet. Last month I got positive on CD16. It could either be because my body's messed up after the chemical or it's left over hcg. But I will DTD tonight and twice tomorrow but after that we can't until Tuesday. Hopefully we will be fine if I am ovulating.

Even though your only cd6 you could ovulate early after the chemical as your ovarys start preparing the new eggs before you start to bleed. After one of mine I ovulated on cd9.
