Hi weestart... so do i put salt on the back of my calf wen i get cramp or put it on b4 bed so i dont get it???

no idea bout swallon... some thing iv never had... my friend is preg she is forever moaning about it......

you put the salt on when you get cramp not sure if it would help before going to bed never tried it that way and it is a bit of a pain having to take salt up to bed (aswell as the bottle of gaviscon...lol)

anyways i prob wont get a chance to come back on today as im being induced tomorrow so hopefully this will work for ya hun im off to spend some quality time with Adele today before shes not the only one anymore, so wishing you all the very best of luck and hopefully next time i post it will be my birth story.
