Which dress?? Help me decide!

Going out for a romantic meal with Hubby tonight.

I'm sooo excited!!

Im stuck between 2 dresses. I like the black one cos i love wearing it with red tights and making it a bit funkier but i think it makes me look a bit dumpy...so possibly leaning towards the blue at the mo.....what do you reckon????
