When/able to have more minions

I know this minion is only just over half cooked just now but seriously when and if we are able to have another minion I will be trying my hardest to conceive earlier in the year so that my later stages (i.e hoose end stage as some friends say lol) is in the cooler weather

Ill be starting to try in July or August. Last time i fell pregnant in October so was 2 weeks overdue in August

II was supposed to have Number 1 on August 20th, and ended up having her on September 2nd. It was the hottest August on record (think it's only been beaten once or twice since). I always said I didn't want a December/January baby, being a Xmas baby myself I hated it, but that was the worse thing ever...Number 2 can just celebrate their half birthday if they don't like being a winter baby.

Thats true, but at least we will get to tkae our new babies out to the park rather than being stuck inside in the rain or worse snow. We wont need to worry about slipping over on ice whilst heavily pregnant either, so it does have its upsides.

Today has certainly made me glad I'm only in early stages in this weather and will be a blimp in winter.
Downside is trying to keep baby warm and too cold/wet to take it to park.

Ladies - this time next year ALL of us should have babies to take to park

I don't mind being pregnant in this heat. I love being warm and love eating ice lollies to cool off lol.

I was born in July, and wanted our LO to be born in the summer too, as having ur bday over the summer holidays was always brilliant.

But if (when, hopefully) we have another, I might aim for a March or April baby lol x

I'm glad I'm having a summer baby as well, everyone says how much nicer it is, and at least its not always cold and dark, can't wait to be out and about with her when the time comes!

I'm glad we're having a summer baby too. We were aiming for April/May, so didn't do too badly being due in a few weeks.
My birthday is December and I am soo glad that this baby will be able to have outdoor birthday outings/parties, as I never got to do that!
To be honest, the heat isn't really bothering me anymore than it would do if I wasn't 37 weeks pregnant! xx

I think next time I would aim for April/May, but when I think about my first bfp last year in August, I would've been due in April and that would have meant dealing with my spd in the winter. Crutches in the snow probably not a great idea.
I've been happy enough with the weather so far, but yesterday was just unbearable and I think it will only get worse! Being at work is hard, but I think once I'm on leave it will be fine cos I can cut about in whatever clothes I want and pour buckets of water over my head

Im the same the weather isnt affectng me that much i love the heat anyways just a shame i cant strip off down to a bikini in the garden but wont be long...If i were to choose to have another then id start TTC around august september time again as we all have winter babies in our family and so a nice summer one is perfect for me xxx

I would like to avoid the scorching weather next time, but tbh it could be snow, wind, rain or hail, as long as I get to hold my LO I dont care! I will have a good moan about the heat though! x

i was so glad i was got preg in june as i got to miss out on the being heavily preg in the heat thing. i think giving birth in march was perfect as baby is just now getting interested in her surroundings and being a little person. she doesnt like being too hot tho lol

This unusual weather for us Karen is not fun! We were the hottest place in the uk on Thursday! Did u see that? No wonder we were bloody melting at work. Must say tho, being off in this today has been bliss. Sat in the garden all day and ate 4 ice lollies!! It's work that's the problem! Xxxx

Believe me being 38 weeks pregnant in this heat is NOT FUN!! I've ballooned and just can't walk anywhere without being so hot or out of breath! I'm stuck inside with two fans!! Praying it gets cooler before I have to start pushing her out! Pushing in this heat will not be easy!
On the plus side summer birthday parties will be brilliant! Being a November baby myself birthday parties were always inside and too near Xmas

Both my brother and I are February babies although he was 2 weeks early so should have been a March baby.

There are plus sides to both summer and winter babies reading your replies. Its quite nice minion will be up and tooting about by next summer maybe not walking but taking an interest and exploring things round about them xx

Oh god you must have been so relieved when Grace was born in that heat. You expect certain months of the year to be cooler or not as warm as they can be xx
