whats a good age gap

I have 17 months between my first two LO's and am at least 4wks pregnant now.
my youngest LO is 18wks and i wa BF so unsure how many wks I am yet - (scan in 2 wks).
does anyone else have short gaps between their children and how do you cope?

my children are all very close together, some days it is really hard but most of the time i cope ok

I was a nannie years ago for 4 children all under the age of 4......

It as the best form of birth control ever, and made me realise that I needed to wait a long time before having any of my own (I was only 18).

I still keep in touch with the family, and although it was hard work at the time, they all grew up at the same time, and all now left home, so mum & dad have their lives back.

So just think at first its going to be hard work, but once they hit leaving home age, they will all be gone around the same time, and you and your DH can have some "you" time again!!!

I had 3 in 3 years!
My first and second have 10 1/2 months between them! Then 18 months between #2 and #3!
I would look back now and say "how did I do that?" But at the time I just got on with it! It was ok! In fact, when they got a little older and I was less busy I kinda got sad! lol
