What meds can I take for a cold?

So I have a filthy horrid dirty manky stinking crappy cold...on my bloody hols none the less!

What medication is safe to take when preggers? Ususally I would just pile the beechams flu plus into me as soon as possible to try and stop the cold in its tracks which usually works for me but Im too cautious to do this in case I hurt baba.

So far I have had a home made honey and lemon drink and half a paracetamol...I am so rock n roll! Obviously I am not feeling any relief!

I had this at 17 weeks and was havign hot lemon squash with paracetamol.
Also had a drippy nose so was using olbas oil and vics and all was fine x

Paracetamol is your limit chick. Nothing else allowed. Keep up with hot lemon and honey drinks though.
