Is there anything I can take?

Hiya!

So aswell as constant backache, hip ache, heartburn & indigestion oh and a pulled muscle in my side ....

I now have a cold and sore throat! Boo!

Anyone know if theres any cold remedy stuff thats safe to take? I'd usually take beechams cold & flu tablets but their probably banned lol.

I bet the only thing I can take is paracetamol! Bleurgh!

can't you just drink some tea with lemon, gargle some water with salt, etc? At least this is safe...

Cheers girls! Its not even a bad cold but I think with the aches and pains of pregnancy it just feels ten times worse! lol x
