Like the title says, what made you find out.

It's been playing on my mind the last couple of days, and I never thought that I would want to know.

I'm nosey and don't like suprises!!!!

But seriously we wanted to find out so we could get more prepared in advance.

Waiting until birth was out of the question, we're just not the type. We were both desperate to know, need and like to prepare in advance, and it does help tremendously with the bonding.

I haven't yet but I will just out of sheer bloody nosiness and the fact that I have a 100 quid bet with the oh that it's a girl, he thinks a boy  xxxxxxxxxxx

Like the others I just have no patience what so ever so have to know lol and also Im dying to start buying clothes and bits and im not into cream , obviously the name etc will be easier knowing too
I think for me part of it is to make it see more real for me as im still i bit blank about the whole thing even though im happy about it

it took me 2 and a half years to get pg, so i dont wanna wait any longer to find out what im having.

and dh wants to know so we can properly prepare the nursery and buy clothes etc. dont want a whole wardrobe of neutral

Same for me - I just couldn't wait! But also helped me and OH with visualising/bonding, will help with preparation and we're arguing enough about a boy's name, we'd never talk if we were arguing about a girl's as well hahaha!

We want to find out cos a- we are too impatient and b- cos i cant do with the whole neutral colour thing not that i want pink or blues I just want to know, last week I was starting to waver and thought mayvbe a surprise is better but now Im back to I just want to know!!

No patience lol! & wanted to get sorted and have some knitting done & sick of just neutral x

pretty much the same as everyone else. i hate surprises, i have to plan things properly and get all the little details like name, decor, clothing all right before the birth lol

I like to be prepared and I already have a boy and the fact that there hasn't been a girl born into my family for 16 years and OH has 2 girls so would love to be the one to break the cycle and give my mum her first grand daughter. xxxxxx

I'm incredibly impatient and also love to be organised and planned! Finding out we are having a little girl means we can decorate in pretty pinks and buy all the cute little pink things rather than sticking to neutral colours!

I found out because it's my 2nd child and if it was a girl I'd need a 3 bedroom house not a 2 bedroom house. I wish I hadn't found out with my 1st baby.

Same as others really i found out with all 3, mainly cos i cant wait and wanted to buy pink or blue stuff, was more desperate to know this time with having 2 girls and really wanting a lil boy. xxx

A) I'm impatient and I wanted everything ready and B) I have an autistic son so needed to prepare him as well so he knew what was coming xxx

With finding out they were twins we thought we better get prepared! But if just one baby a surprise would have been nice x

Same as everyone else :) Too intrigued, like the idea of referring to baby as he or she and want to narrow down names. xx

Its my child and the technology is there to find out. I couldn't think of anything worse than not knowing at all!

Like a lot fo the others we found out due to being impatient but also in order to 'bond' more with LO.....felt I could do this better if I knew it was a boy or girl and I like being prepared so could then buy the right clothes etc! xx
