What have you ate today so far?

Oh my god, I eat A LOT of food in comparsion to many others. So far today-

Breakfast-
Apple
One of those Kellogs Elevensis things
Options mint

Lunch- (I was team building with work so we got fed)
Soup with bread (3 pieces)
Rice
Chicken satays x 3
roasted veg kebabs x 2
cup cake x 2
coffee

Snack-
chocolate peanuts (I'e made the decision to keep eating these)

I am yet to have my dinner but it is going to be

pasta with tomato sauce
mini ciabatta
Fruit salad
Youghurt

I've just had spag bol.

But i left most of it! Just not hungry.
I think my OH is eating for two. lol
 
-3 weetabix with some sugar
-Crunch Corner
-Pizza supper
-2 pickled eggs (my craving!! :D )

I haven't had much of an appetite these day. I feel like I am mostly forcing myself to eat.
 
For a late dinner i had my other 2 spring rolls with cooked tomatoes and cous cous yum

about 3 more big glasses of bluberry juice

2 cups of tea

more m&m's i saved a handful for James he was quite pleased to (i dont usually share my chocolate)

Too much I think. I nearly had a fit when I weighed myself the other day. Have managed to stay off chocolate for the last few days though, now all my Easter eggs have gone!!!

Breakfast
Tea
Low fat probiotic drink
Large banana

Snack at OAP home (visiting my Grandad)
Tea
3 biscuits

Lunch
Carrot and corriander cuppa soup
half a carrot (sticks) with humous
5 slices cucumber, 5 slices cheese, 1 slice ham
2 rivitas, 1 oat cake, 1 crisp roll

Dinner
Homemade chilli with wholemeal rice

Drinks
Tea
Shloer
Water

I'm heavier now than when I gave birth on to both the girls so I am trying to be good!!! There are days when my willpower just isn't there though!!!
 
ladies ladies, you're all so good! I feel like a right fatty boom boom now!

Yesterday, i ate:

2 slices toast
Cheese salad Sandwich
Pasta Bowl
Apple
Yoghurt
2 ring doughnuts
2 slices bread and butter
Plate of mash and veg (should have had a pork chop but i didn't fancy it, lol).
4 wine gums.

I feel really bad now :oops:
 
Thought id start this up agian
and add tablets too to remind me to take my raspberry leaf tablets as i keep forgetting :roll: :lol:


ok so far today
cup of tea 2 slices of toast
2 bananas 2 hanfuls of sugar snaps
drink of blueberry juice
eating a pear as type

2 raspberry tablets 4 more to go

I love these threads.

So far today I've had:

Bowl of porridge made with soya milk
Handful almonds
2 dried peaches

For lunch I'm having:
A big fruit salad with Organic Yoghurt
Slice of chedder

Dinner:
Coq Au Vin with roasted new potatoes and loads of vegetables.
Glass on alcohol free rose.

And no doubt some snacks while watching Jonathon Ross tonight!

One orange callipo lolly
Some raspberry leaf tablets
Iron tablets
Orange juice
2 weetabix with WAY too much sugar...

And now i'm eating my way through 2 packs of Discos (crisps)

I should really eat better than this!

Mmmm, discos! I haven't had them in years but have got a craving for them...especially the last few that have got all the flavouring on them! Ooo, and salt and vinegar square crisps.

I forgot all about this thread. I do still keep a note in my phone of what I've ate when I remember :roll:

Today has been quite a bad day really...

4 slices of toast with loads of butter (they were only small slices though).

3 squares of galaxy chocolate (thank god my dad came in and ate the rest of the bar or I would of ate it all).

Hand full of nuts/raisins.

Philidelphea dunker.

Huge tuna mayo salad sandwich.
 
I was really looking forward to making myself a lovely cheese toastie this afternoon. I got everything ready, including the toastie maker switched on, when I realised OH had used the last of the bread this morning for his toast! I nearly cried! :lol:
 
Aww bless you. I love cheese toasties, my toastie maker puts a winnie the pooh face on you toastie, I'm such a big kid :lol:

1 slice bread with peanut butter

Mid-morning
Banana

Lunch
Coconut rice & cherry tomatoes

Whilst typing this
2 squares of Milka choc

And tonight I'll probably have pasta with veggies or a jacket potato....and a couple of chocs!

Looks like I got the sweet tooth back that I lost in 1st tri! :D

a 5 peice fry
salad sandwich
butterfly bun bag of crisps
3 cups of tea
1 bottle of water

think thats it, not sure lol.. and since its friday night we usually get a take away...
 
Good day today so far but im about to tuck into a magnum so going down hill rapidly :oops:

3 crumpets
watermelon
yoghurt
jacket spud with cottage cheese & cheese
magnum
& tea im making asparagus, baby corn and pea risotto
