Have to share my exciting news (I'm very sad I know). The council are putting up Christmas trees outside the shops down the road, and they've decided this year to extend them to our block because we have to put up with parking restrictions 
They pay for the leccy and we get a tree sticking out of the wall with 10 bulbs 
AND we get to keep the bracket they use so next year we can put our own tree in it - council are too stingy to give them away next year I suppose
Council man says he can't put lilac bulbs in to match my tree though - bummer. You reckon Focus do lilac light bulbs? I could swap them
