do you think it would be weird and inappropiate (sp) if i was to wear a white wedding dress even though i have a child.
i pretty much know all women are not virgins when they get married but i just thought it may be slightly weird if i was to wear white.
or am i just being silly ?????

that dress is stunning, and i dont think you're silly at all. To be fair, in this day and age, i think the majority of women have had sex and children well before marriage. I say go for it, you will look amazing  :D

Go for it.....its your wedding day..you should have what you want!!

Good luck hun xx

The dress is so beautiful you wear want you want and have the best day possible. :cheer: :D

In this day and age just do whatever you want to do, who cares what anyone thinks! If anyone thought anything negative about you wearing white they're an idiot IMO! That dress is stunning btw

That is a beautiful dress :D

And I don't think it matters what colour it is - if you want to get married in whit then get married in white.

Hi

Its normal to wear white so i would say go for it :)
The dress is gorgeous by the way!!

That dress is beautiful, definitely go for it.

I can't see why it should be a problem wearing white nowadays, my sister wore white on her wedding day and she was 6 months pg, not one person frowned about it.

I'd say it doesn't matter - people get married in red and black wedding dresses these days don't they.

my dear partner wants to spend money on the house :wall:

the dress is baeutiful, and just so you have the amunition in case any one does comment on wearing white, this is how the tradition started.

Queen Victoria chose to wear white as it was a sign of her wealth because white is so hard to keep clean and it is a dress that would only be worn once so only the wealthy could afford it.

before this traditionally bridal dresses were blue to indicate virginity. - now we have something blue as an old wives tale as in something old, something new, something borrowed something blue.

wow meb thxs..................you fountain of knowledge you  :cheer:
