has anyone else's swelling going down? i've been drinking loads of water like the MW said... and this cool weather seems to have done the trick...

Mine used to go up and down like a yoyo! swelling went up my legs to

I still have balloons for ankles but i have noticed they arent as hard and painful now, i think thats since i started drinking more water.

mine swelled alot - not my ankles but jus the bridge of my foot so i had to wear flipflops to work lol

they r much better now that the weathers cooler tho!
