Ok this is a horrible question but you guys are the only ones I can ask - do you find that even after keeping you legs up when you get up quite a lot of his stuff comes back out?
Worried that its not going in!

I always used to think that. Id stay for as long as I could bare with the legs up, but always felt loads came back out again. But ive read that the moment your O/H *ahem* releases..... loads go straight up there, to the egg.

I used to put a pair of big knickers on afterwards, doubt it kept any more in I guess, but saves the sheets.

Took us three, sticky, bum on pillow, calendar watching, ovulation stick peeing, months. So one of them most have gone in the right direction!

my lucky month i tried doing it on all fours because i have a slightly tilted cervix and read this helped then basically stayed there for about half hour after not very dignified or comfy tho i think some is always going to come out and dont forget it may not be all his bit tmi but some will be your um stuff as well lol

Ok this is an even grosser answer but... I asked my doc about this when ttc with my first and basically the stuff that comes back out, especially if you wait 20 mins with your hips elevated is really watery compared to what actually goes in! Thats because its mainly seminal fluid, the liquid that transports the little swimmers. The important bits stay inside! Nice huh

Don't worry too much it is perfectly normal, it can't all stay up there as it's not that big up there, so has to come out somehow lol

Phew, I thought I was the only one who thought this!
I'm sick of having my bum propped up and my legs up the wall and my blood rushing to my head! haha.
I started sitting upside-down on the armchair to try and keep it in, but it just made me dizzy!
If you're worried then you could try getting some "softcups" to hold it in?

i was so confused the first time i did legs in the air coz nothing came back out for like an hour!!!!! i was wondering where it got to lol.

I was wondering the same thing, I stick my bum on a pillow for about 10 mins as i cant stay there any longer as my brain starts thumping , but yes it is normal hun, Only takes on of the little swimmers to make it happen xx

Thanks, my worry is i'm still not showing anything on opks which is frustrating. Hubby only around at weekends so that massively narrows our chances of actually getting the egg-rubbish!
