Vit D & breastfeeding

I am about to run out of pregnancy vitamins and am not going to get anymore, the DOH recommends taking a vit D 10mg supplement though.
Does anyone know if you can get them over the counter? I forgot to ask the HV yesterday

i dont take anything and im breastfeeding, should i? sorry i dont know the answer of your question xx
 
the DOH recommend taking 10mg of vit D when BF as this is the only one that we are generally short on
 
vitamin D3 is one of the most important nutritional vitamin which improving overall health condition.Vitamin E reduce period pain as well as breast pain.
 
I was told by the local childrens centre that you can get vitamins free from there. Worth asking x
