Im trying natrual yoghurt this month, still need to get some. Asda had run out when i was in so i bought a tub of biopot instead.

Will probably try the medicine this month (if i remember to pick it up next time i go shopping!)
But i always have natural yoghurt in....

AG ... what is it about natural yoghurt that is supposed to help with TTC? Haven't heard of this one before

Havent a clue Laura lol, JaidyBaby said to have it, she had some everyday during her cycle and got a BFP
