Hi girls

After 2 years ttc and 2 mc in the last 2 months me and the OH need to make some decisions. We are not going to do anything until I have had af but after that we need to decide what our next step will be. Emotionally and physically I feel ok after speaking to epac this morning at follow up appointment I have these choices

1. Carrying on ttc ( been told I will again be more fertile so therefore should we go for it but risk anoth mc)
2. Wait a few cycles ( if I weren't to fall again would I blame myself for not trying sooner)
3. Look into why I am mc ( again epac has told me could be a few months before I will get an appointment)

OH is taking me away for the weekend soon going to give ourselves a couple of weeks until af arrives to spend some time together and plenty of time to talk things through and make a choice but I would still appreciate any advice or if anyone has been in a similar situation would love to hear from you.

Thanks

Xx

If you can have investigations hun, then maybe you should.

My NHS trust couldn't see me until after m/c number 3 though

If you want any info let me know and I can tell you what happened with me?

Personally I'd just go away for the weekend, rest up, get myself feeling a bit better and give it some thought in a week or so.

Def, def have a break until AF arrives though.

I had m/c 2 and 3 the cycle the after one another and I really think not having a break inbetween contributed!

After MC #2 i had 3 months off TTC to give my body a proper rest. I did lots of non TTC stuff, girlie nights out, holiday, theme park, it was what i needed to feel normal again. xxx

I also had a chemical pregnancy 6 years ago which is why they will investigate although I did have to ask. Have you been advised to take anything? I have been told low dose aspirin is an option but I know nothing about what s does or why it could possibly help.

Ps congratulations :)

Cheers hun,

All my tests showed nothing at all, so I am not on anything other than high dose Folic Acid.

If you want some more info about the recurrent miscarriage tests I am happy to help

Just give yourself a little bit of time sweetie and keep healthy

xxxxxxx
