Things You Only Notice When TTC

So, I am officially going crazy!

Vowed not to test until Wednesday and was doing really well, but in Pizza Express last night I couldn't help but notice we were the only couple our age there that didn't have kids with them.

Then in Tesco this morning, the tests were calling to me. Couldn't afford a decent one so just sneaked a Tesco own cheapie into my basket. On the way out, I noticed two magpies in the tree above my car. Then as I was driving home I was driving past the church where I was christened and notice the last letters of the car in fronts reg were BFP!

Got home and test is inconclusive - there's an extremely faint line that looks like it could be an evap and since I had an evap on on FRER last cycle I'm not getting my hopes up.

Just wondering if anyone else catches themselves looking out for "signs", not just pregnancy symptoms but little superstitious things?

I have notice that my DH notices babies more! The other night we were out having dinner and he could not stop commenting on this small baby...he kept saying how cute and aww look its reaching for the food. i had never noticed my dh's comments about babies until here recently....

Your post made me chuckle esp the car reg with BFP! I notice so many things, I'm hyper-sensitive to anything about babies or pregnancy. Recently I have started mentally counting how many women in my work talk to me about their kids or being a mum, I got up to about 15 one day! It's the type of thing that would never have bothered me before ttc! Obsessed.com lol

Im in changing bag mode at the minute was in asda earlier n was looking around the sad thing is I knew where they all came from eg ooih thats the mothercare one, that mamas n papas etc n i dnt even have bfp yet!! X

Omg Im the same! everything I look at or feel makes me think of ttc, I check my calender constantly to see how many days into my cycle I am (even though I know!) and I was in the kitchen the other washing up and I started thinking "Hmmm I wonder where I will put the bottle steriliser?" just because my kitchen is quite small haha

Thanks for all your replys ladies, not just me then! We have a system at work of three initials, your first initial then the first two letters of your surname. Just realised there's a TMI and a BDA which will amuse me from now on!

Saw three magpies this morning (three for a girl?) on my way to buy more tests (I'm becoming obsessed!). I'm 12DPO and did three tests this morning (oops!) extremely faint lines that could be evaps/my crazy imagination on all three (FRER, Tesco and IC), have sore boobs and cramps which could be AF on the way and brown-tinged CM so really trying not to get my hopes up. Pretty sure the witch is just messing with me!

TTC is defintiely turning me into a maniac!

Thats my initials too if you miss out my middle name.

I try not too look around or that but i cant help it with being around so many children every day.

The worst thing about ttc is feeling every twing in my whole body

My bobs tingle every other day
My nips are sometimes sensitive
Im always moist 'down there' tmi!!
I have occasionall lower back pain
I always have bad wind I feel them brewing - lol it's so weird
I have random tummy cramps
I'm always thirsty

Now, I get these even when AF is here and there is no pattern it's all so random and it bloody does my head in, I symptom spot in my sleep lol! I wish I was innocent enough to think tummy cramps are just from a dodgy Chinese!!

Just wondering why I do see those little signs when ttc. Plus my paranoia. I even ask my DH not too drive too fast just in case. Feel all those cramps even during sleep, have back ache, thought that my nipples change color, and feel like i need to pee all the time.
