Wondering if anyone has asolution to my problem! I stopped nail biting a while ago, and grew them,they weren't overly long, but I could easily paint then, and looked really nice!

But then they started to irritate me and I bit the lot off! I managed to grow them again, but they got to ascertain length (long enough to hear them tapping iykwim) and they annoyed me so much that I chewed them off again!

How can I keep them long without them annoying me so much?

Have a harder wearing coating like shellac, they will last longer than polish and hopefully by looking really nice you won't bite them! Also alloy a good cuticle oil every night so keep then nourished.... I suppose other than that you have to get used to the feeling if longer nails, maybe get used to a little length and then go longer in time x

I'm living in Denmark at the mo, but moving back to UK in a couple of weeks. I see there are new shellac colours coming in August! And they match vinylux

Just spotted your reply wasn't being rude! Hope you are keeping well! How did your move go?

LOVE the new colours. Didn't go for additives this time as I don't use the ones I have already all that often. My clients tend to be more into Rockstar. Could I be cheeky and ask if you have any more additives pics for inspiration please? Xxxx

Can I be a cheeky cow and ask some of you lovely ladies for nail advice . my nails are pretty short and in bad nick because im anemic and they keep breaking . next week I'm telling my family we are engaged and I want to show off my ring . would you go for gel nails or just a Mani and shellac paint ?

I've never had gel so can't advise sorry but you can't go wrong with a nice mani and paint job
