Jacq im so sorry to hear your appointment didnt go as youd planned. My oh had a very low count when we startdx ttc, he had under 1million swimmers and most of them was useless, after 6months of taking multiple vitamins we got a shock when we went back as it had improved to 87million good quality swimmers!!! Good kuck to you with icsi xxx

Sooo the latest with me, hycosy is booked for november 15th feels like ages away! My dr has sakd to try the clomid again this month while i wait for the hycosy, didnt want to but oh persuaded me as there is no harm in trying again. Im really worried atm as my af has not been as long and also very light the last few cycles. Im going to give baby asprin a go and see what the outcome is.

I'm 5dpo and my ov test is positive... I did one cos DH asked if I was going to do any and curiosity got the better of me! And it isn't just dark it's same as control line dark. never had that before in any 2ww, so praying really hard that it's a good sign!! Might have to do a cheapie tomorrow but dh is off all week so might be tricky! X

Chaz - willpower? What's that? !! I'm going to hold off on the hpts but I might keep using the ov tests, if they get stronger then I'll be getting a teeny bit excited. If they get lighter then I'll just stop testing. x

Hope it is Bella but all I can think about is whether 5dpo is too early to show it? Unless maybe I'm 6dpo?? Hmm will have to see. X

Im 6DPO. Im gonna pee on 2 sticks, see if i get same result on both, should have done it earlier really. I had 1 positive, loads of faints then a darker test. Once ive done it ill try and post a photo up xxx

Thanks for this, that is an amazing bump up in numbers! Hubby actually started taking zinc and vit c yesterday as he read they can help. Fingers crossed, he has to give another sample on Wednesday. I'm sure the vitamins will not have an effect by then but at least he has started on them now.

MissJ you are making me laugh with your lack of willpower! But it does all sound promising and I really hope this is it for you.

Thanks to all of you for your support. It's been playing on my mind a lot this weekend as it was all a bit of a surprise, but I'm sure we will work through it.

hey girls, 5dpo today.....booked blood test for wednesday when il be 7dpo....had to practically bed for appt as nurse was fully booked but theyv managed to squeeze me in

im a bit worried....had the result of my mri scan back on my back and its revealed i now have 2 prolapsed discs (i had one before)....i think if i were lucky enuff to get pg it would be very hard on my back ....in fact all weekend iv had backache (whether its a symptom or just my crap back i dont know)....anyway not thats its going to stop me having children its just something worrying me a bit as this weekend i havent been able to take my usual painkillers as in 2ww, so its going to be 100 times worse with a bowling ball on my front isnt it

i guess its just shocked me a bit that my back is deterorating so much and im only 28 grrrr

on plus side had appt with the architect friday and hes putting the plans in for planning permission....house will be doubling in size from a 2 bedroom to a 4 bedroom house so plenty of room for kids

Ooh tough one bella. Have u been told not to take painkillers in 2ww or do u choose not too? I'm not to clued up on back pain - are u under care of chiropractor etc? You should def speak to one if nopt regarding the implications of pregnancy. It won't just be the weight of a bump that is a factor - its all the changes to ligaments etc.

im cd10 now, hubby is gettin BDing mad abit early. BDed sat n sun mornin, we was this mornin but bloody tesco turned up lol
do u think i'll ov earlier with clomid? or does it not work like that?

It will (well its should) make you ovulate earlier ensuring a nice freshly matured egg. I once ovd on cd11 and the latest was cd 16.

Hey girls, hope you're all doing good. I see a lot of you are in the 2ww, next week will be exciting!!

I'm on cd17 and yet to have a +opk. Feeling quite tender around my lower abdomen though. Wish I was temping now to see what is happening. We've bd'd plenty, so if things are happening we're hopefully covered, intend to keep going too. Don't know why but feeling a bit tired of ttc this month.
